- • Room facing the parking lot caused some inconvenience with noise. It would have been nice if the beds had a large mattress topper, the gap in the middle was annoying. The room smelled strongly of perfume.

- • Due to illness, we had to check out the day before we were supposed to travel. I fully understand that we had to pay for the days we had booked, but we had ordered 2 bathrobes and slippers that we had not used, and the reception also demanded that we pay for them, which may not have been entirely fair, considering we checked out the day before we were supposed to leave. We checked out at 12:00, so technically the hotel could rent out the room again. It's a small thing, but enough for me to choose another hotel next time we go to Skagen.
Staff at Reception, Bar, restaurant. Surroundings. Really nice with Pool and SPA (even though the season wasn't right :-) ) Good value for money.

Relaxing atmosphere focused on guest well-being.
We have stayed several times at Color Hotel Skagen and are happy with the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff's constant effort everywhere to make the stay as best as possible for the guests leaves a lasting impression.

As a car enthusiast, parking facilities are the first thing I check, and here it was met.
The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it suited us well as we had a late arrival with the ferry to Hirtshals. Very good parking facilities (free) right outside and plenty of space. The room we got was average, but everything was clean, so it was fine for one night. Good breakfast, good coffee, but very 'thin' juice.
