- • Our room had a horrible mildew smell and the carpet was damp... causing low air quality which breathing made it difficult and personally to me made me stuffy 🤧 everytime I came inside the room... we did tell the staff in the front ... besides that everything was good with our stay..

The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful and offered his assistance when I had a problem in my room.

- • The cleanliness of the room was below the acceptable standards which was very unpleasant for myself and my family. I informed the gentleman at the reception of it. We also decided to have breakfast at a local restaurant as we were told that the breakfast at the hotel was premade. I am also still waiting a refund of my deposit.

- • Breakfast was awful. Selection sucked or they ran out and didn't replenish. The carpet in my room felt wet and was dirty, borderline gross. Oh and for the coast of each night I expected much better quality.
