We arrived at the hotel just after having had our backpack stolen on the train. My husband’s cell phone, credit card and other items were now gone. Shocked and in a state of confusion, the hotel staff was very patient and extremely helpful by allowing us to use their computer phone and connecting us with Canadian phone numbers in order to make credit card cancellations and freeze accounts. Special thanks to Hugo, Patricia and Vakho for their understanding and support. They went far beyond the regular requirements and their patience assisting us during a very stressful time was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to all who were involved.

It was very convenient in front of the station. I have no particular complaints. As for breakfast, I thought that France does not put much effort into it in many places, but I think it was fulfilling within that context.
