- • The lady sitting at the information desk at the entrance said that the QR scan for online check-in must be done by email, I don't have an email address, what should I do, I can't stay at the hotel? I had an email but forgot my password, I traveled to 10 countries, Brussels was the 9th, I didn't encounter such a backward reception in hotels like in Brussels, she was openly expressing it, then I managed to cope with difficulty that we are tired, we are coming from another country, we paid our money through booking, let's go to our room and relax, insisting that there should be an email, finally after a long plea and request, we were able to get the key to the room.

A good place to discover Brussels, very pleasant and well located
Perfect geographical location, 1 minute from the Louise metro stop, 18 minutes walk from the Manneken Pis and the Grand Place. 2 stops from the Magritte Museum, a great starting point for an Art Nouveau walking tour between Saint Gilles and Ixelles. Coffee, tea, cappuccino self-service at the reception, exceptional welcome by Fabrice, always attentive and professional. He found solutions for us and gave good advice. Thank you. The 2 apartments next to each other, overlooking the rooftops of a very quiet inner courtyard and well equipped to have breakfast and dinner. (we were 8 and could spend time together in the same accommodation)

- • The price of the night (50 euros per person without breakfast, even though staying in Brussels is expensive. If breakfast was included for this price, it would be great!)
