- • This time I didn't like it, I couldn't use the heated pool because they are having boiler problems. I discussed it with Miss Lucía Sanabria from Guest Service, who very clearly and attentively explained to me the causes of the problem and the difficulty of the repair. Although it was not what I expected from my stay in that sense, Lucía's kindness reassured me a lot. (excellent professional)
