- • Not enough bed covers and bed was very firm. Not enough power points in the room. Hard to locate room when we arrived. Lots of bird droppings in the pool.

Pay for the Upgraded view room as you also get upgraded amenities and a cleaner room.
We stayed at the hotel in an upgraded room and when we came back, they only had the garden view rooms, and there is a huge difference in comfort and amenities. We liked the upgraded amenities in the ocean view rooms, refrigerators, lockable safe, the view of course, and it was quiet where we were at. The pool was simple, and we actually used the swim-up bar, which is just a lot of fun.

- • The garden room view we had was facing the alley between hotels, a bit of landscaping there would make the difference. The door to the bathroom was broken, the shower had mold in the grout, the safe required going to the desk to get a lock. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were threadbare, and you could see an old egg-molded style mattress topper that did nothing. The dinner is not as good as the breakfast.
I enjoyed my stay.

The place is very well positioned, the hotel needs to renovate its facilities, breakfast is very good and varied.
It is close to the entire lively area of San Jose del Cabo.

- • The hotel is a bit old and neglected, one day a cockroach came out in my room, the staff is very friendly but it would be good to improve some old furniture.
