Great hotel, close to everywhere
I loved the location, its very close to shops and public transport is nearby if you don't fancy walking. The pool is just gorgeous. The staff are Fabulous. Everyone truly wishes you a fantabulous stay.

Good experience
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, K’Kao, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was also lovely, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Rain Tree Café at The Athenee Hotel. The food selection was excellent, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Khun Som Warisara for her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout the meal. She made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again!

Spacious and premium suites but the breakfast at club fall short.
Stayed in Suite Room 2302 — spacious, elegant, and fully equipped with premium amenities. Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive, matching the hotel’s 5‑star standard.. However, the 26th‑floor Club Lounge breakfast was disappointing. The variety and quality didn’t feel premium: very hard croissants, plain boiled rice with minimal toppings, and no freshly cooked noodle station like other 5‑star club lounges offer.

Breakfast was very good, restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, making people feel happy. The Doorman was also very enthusiastic and thoughtful, leaving a good impression from check-in. When checking in, the room initially had a musty smell, but the hotel promptly assisted in changing rooms, and the problem was resolved smoothly, with commendable handling attitude. In addition, the beds in the room were very comfortable, and the overall accommodation experience was quite good.

The staff are just a cut above- every single staff member you meet are full of light and kindness, you never feel like just a number in a bedroom factory, you feel human, valued and welcomed.
