- • In the pool, there were only adults; there were children.
The food was good, and fresh fruit was provided at all times. The coffee shop was really convenient. The room was clean.

- • The staff is rude. I emailed Diego Burgos about my transportation, but I never received a reply. It's really unprofessional that I didn’t get any help or a reply back. The pools were disgusting, they weren't cleaned overnight. I was told they had an all-adult pool but there were kids in the pool and the staff didn't ask them to leave the pool.

- • The food was very poor and extremely disappointing - mostly cold. The pool was full of people drinking and was very noisy. We were moved rooms 3 times because of poorly functioning air conditioning units. And there was little chance of finding a nice spot on the 'beach'.
The staff was over the moon in friendliness, customer service, humor, all around exceptional.

- • The quality of the food is sufficient. I would have preferred to have the room in the new building where you can see the sunset over the sea. I was assigned to the old building and from my room, it was not possible to fully see the sunset over the sea.
Overall great stay!
Yummy variety of food, improved seating areas next to the bar, Chac Mool and the family pool. The pool, ocean and evening entertainment is quite engaging with a great location, awesome ocean front views and incredible weather. It's always a great visit to Cozumel and the Park Royal did a great job.

Solo relaxing vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Was impressed with the facilities, food and service. Definitely recommend and will be back.
