- • Totally overpriced for what was offered. Mena House Heritage is just an empty marketing slogan.
Great! The best of the best.
Great hotel. Beautiful garden. Fantastic room. Excellent restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast is extensive. You can walk from the hotel to the Pyramids. Also, the Grand Egyptian museum is very close by.

- • The bar. Not really a bar as we know it in the West. The drinks were okay. Cairo city is a disaster. Chaos, dirt, people constantly bothering you, etc. Stay away from there.

- • The Wi-Fi connection is really bad outside the room, especially in the pool and garden area, or doesn't work at all.
An unforgettable holiday in close proximity to the Pyramids.
The historic hotel has a fantastic location overlooking the Pyramids. You are very close to the Pyramids and can visit them through a special entrance. The GEM is also very close. The garden is beautiful, as well as the entire property. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very rich, and the three restaurants offer a great variety.

Very nice place, especially the pool area and the easy access to the pyramids. The hotel makes a huge effort for the guests.

- • Taxi service for Cairo's many experiences is way too expensive compared to booking on Booking or Uber, etc. (factor 3-4). So, a better hotel taxi service at lower prices would be a big plus for the guests.

Breakfast with a view of the Pyramids - fantastic! Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Huge selection and top quality. Each dish tastes different. Highly recommended. Direct access to the Pyramid area with the golf cart. We also booked a guide at the hotel, who was very informative and helpful. The Grand Egyptian Museum is not far from the hotel by taxi - max. 10 min.
