- • Slightly outdated bathroom, a problem during airport pick-up causing us a lot of stress but the reception manager managed to make us forget the incident by offering us an upgrade of our room

A magnificent location, magnificent view and the facility landscape is truly extraordinary. The staff is very friendly and always ready. We also really liked the pool and the facilities around the pool. There are no words to describe the view of the pyramids. The restaurant inside, 139 pavilion, has a beautiful view but we had difficulty finding a waiter. It's a magnificent facility that makes you feel good.
