Beautiful location ... beautiful staff!! Personally I couldn’t fault anything. The restaurant and room staff are absolutely gorgeous and deserve high praise. Nothing is too much for any of them. I loved our quick daily little chats daily and their welcome smiles. Highly recommend your premises to family and friends. Room view - amazing!!

Exceptional view, disappointing rooms, poolside
The view of the pyramids is exceptional, and having breakfast in this setting is a truly magnificent experience. The concierge service was also perfect. I had forgotten my contact lenses at home: I gave my prescription to the concierge and, four hours later, the lenses were delivered directly to the hotel. Fast, efficient service with a smile. The concierge lady 'saved' my stay in Egypt!

- • The rooms are small, the bathrooms tiny, and overall quite dated for a five-star. The value for money seems excessive to me. The room service also disappointed me: two orders, 40 to 45 minutes of waiting, and very average dishes, especially a chicken biryani that was frankly not successful. I also advise against rooms overlooking the pool, very exposed to road noise.

Amazing views of the pyramids! Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable.
