Great staff at check-in counter, but breakfast was nasty.
The hotel was overall nice, but they only have one elevator which could be a problem during busy times of check out. I will say that all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The one thing I appreciated was my wife left her pillow and within an hour of leaving we got a phone call to inform us of it. I will say the breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel, the bacon was literally flowing in bacon grease as if the attendant didn't care about his/her job.

Very good, well worth returning. Will recommend this to anyone in the Melbourne area or anyone traveling to Melbourne.
This property was pristine and kept that way. It was definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed. The front desk representative was kind and respectful. The environmental services staff was congenial and greeted us every time we came in contact with them. Overall, very high grades.
