- • I did not cancel on time and they charged me for the 2 rooms. The booking sheet stated the cancellation price in dollars and they charged me in euros. I have tried to get an email from the hotel to contact them and make a complaint but I have not been able to!
Hotel with excellent location in front of Copacabana beach. It has a space with chairs and umbrellas for the hotel guests. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, very pleasant for a long weekend stay.

Spectacular
The staff's attention was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were surprised in the room with flowers, champagne, and strawberries! What a detail! The location is spectacular. Without a doubt, JW Marriott is one of the best hotel chains.
