Nice but noisy rooms, bad staff. All in all: heavily overpriced for what you get.

- • Rooms are super noisy (you can hear guests talking next door) and staff at the reception is pretty snobby.

I would stay again.
Breakfast Buffet was fine. I liked that they fried me some eggs in the morning. The room was relatively quiet. I was most appreciative that they allowed me to check in early after a long overnight flight. That was a big PLUS!

- • Just a note to the elderly. There is a very steep set of stairs to navigate to enter the premises. Fortunately, I had some help checking in. When I checked out, they allowed me to exit through the restaurant which is at street level.
I like the hotel but this time the experience was bad

- • The air conditioning in the room was not working well. The room was very small. Being on the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the metro passing under the hotel. The people at the reception and breakfast were not very friendly
