⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful luxury hotel in the heart of the city. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. A special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, and to Sanaa at the entrance for her kindness and hospitality. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ فندق فاخر ورائع يقع في قلب المدينة. كل شيء كان ممتازًا، من المرافق الجميلة إلى مستوى الخدمة الراقي. شكر خاص للأستاذ محمود في قسم الاستقبال على احترافيته وحسن استقباله، وللأستاذة سناء عند المدخل على لطفها وكرم ضيافتها. لقد جعلا إقامتنا أكثر راحة وتميزًا. شكرًا جزيلًا لكم، وأنصح الجميع بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وبالتأكيد سأعود إليه مرة أخرى.

Not coming back again .
To be honest ,this was my first visit to jordan , i planned this trip for my birthday. What I liked was the reception staff Amani and Mahmoud ! They tried their best to make it a pleasant stay.

- • So many things were not really as mentioned (5 stars ) I would not comeback to this hotel again . Not clean ( we booked a sweet) breakfast wasn't good , and they offer turkish coffee with extra payment . Even the ice bucket (extra payment)
في هذه الفترة اقمت بثلاث فنادق من فئة 5 نجوم للامانة تجربتي في موفينبيك استثنائية سواء تعامل الاستقبال وكل الشكر للسيد محمود حماد في ريسيبشن النظافة في الجناح ممتازة والجو بشكل عام رائع الفندق مجدد بشكل كامل وهذا شيء ممتاز بصراحة فرق عم قبل .. الموقع رائع انصح به بشدة وان شاء الله اكرر التجربة
