Great 2 nights in Aqaba
The welcoming, especially the reception team, particularly Mahmoud. The suite was great and I think I had the best view of Aqaba.

A wonderful hotel.
A wonderful and exceptional hotel by all standards! ⭐️ What distinguishes it the most is the sophistication of the service and hospitality from the staff. Special thanks to the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud, for his great attention, respect, and care, and his keenness on our comfort in all details. Truly, it was 'everything to everyone' 👏. I also thank Sister Ritaj for her kindness and good treatment. Having a team of this wonderful level, especially Mr. Mahmoud, is one of the main reasons that make me return to the hotel again. All respect and appreciation to you, and an experience that is definitely worth repeating! ❤️

What a wonderful stay! I especially want to thank Sara for her kindness, hospitality, and the care she showed throughout my time here. She truly made me feel welcomed and taken care of, and that personal level of service made the experience even more special. As someone who works in travel and regularly plans experiences for clients and groups, it means a lot to find a hotel that I feel confident recommending. I’m already looking forward to sending my clients to Mövenpick and hopefully bringing some of my future groups here as well. Thank you again to Sara and the entire team for such a lovely experience. I look forward to returning!

There is a lot to improve at the hotel, mainly in the price. The value for the stay is relatively high.
The reception staff are excellent people, and in particular, Mahmoud is the person who is calming, reassuring, and problem-solving on-site.

- • The hotel policy that prohibits bringing in food and drinks from outside. Ordering from the hotel kitchen to the room takes time to arrive.
