The hotel is quite old and they could modernize the rooms a bit. The air conditioning doesn't work well. We couldn't use the pool for three days because the water was somewhat green. Luckily, they noticed it or someone reported it, and they emptied and refilled it with clean water. The pool's opening hours are very short. It should at least be available from 9 to 9 in the summer so that guests can enjoy it. We would return from lunch around 4 or 5 and the pool closed at 6. Breakfast could include sliced cheese and ham because they are more practical to eat with bread and butter. Not everyone is used to cream cheese with bread. The bedspreads could be lighter so that cleanliness is more visible.

Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the elevators as one of them was out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

I loved the shower, the air-conditioner worked great, large hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

It's old, the room smelled a lot like cigarettes despite putting up signs. The duvet didn't look very clean

I checked in and went to the bathroom and there was water everywhere on the floor. I went to get my phone to take a photo and the hotel staff knocked on my door. They needed to come in to spray the room for pest control. I told the staff member about the bathroom and he said he was sending someone right away. I left the hotel to run an errand and eat. I returned 6 hours later and the bathroom was in the same condition. I went to the lobby and reported it. No one came to clean. I ended up leaving the hotel earlier than expected. They should really issue a refund
