- • My negative rating is mainly due to the experience I had when arriving at the hotel. I arrived around 2:30 in the morning and, to my surprise, the hotel's exterior door was locked with a padlock. There was no indication on how to enter or attentive staff at the entrance. Finally, a gentleman outside, apparently in charge of parking vehicles, informed that there was a guest waiting to enter. I consider this situation unnecessarily exposes guests to risks and insecurity, especially at that time of the morning. Upon arriving at the reception, the situation was not pleasant either. There was a disco with excessively loud music, making it practically impossible to have a normal conversation with the receptionist. Later, to go up to my room, I had to use an old and visibly deteriorated elevator, as the elevator designated for guests was under maintenance. I understand that maintenance work may be necessary, but I believe the state and conditions of the alternative elevator used should offer an adequate standard of safety and comfort. The only positive aspect of the room was the air conditioning, which worked correctly and allowed to maintain a pleasant temperature. However, considering that I arrived close to 3:00 in the morning and had to check-out at 1:00 in the afternoon, I expected to rest properly during those few hours. The overall experience did not meet my expectations and, for all these reasons, I would not stay at these facilities again. I hope the hotel can take these comments as an opportunity for improvement, especially in aspects related to security, access during the early morning, noise levels, and facility maintenance.
