- • Compared to other Four Seasons I found this one a real let down. Really out of date and not in great condition.
The location was key. A stone's throw from Charles Bridge and you can walk to the main square within 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were attentive and very accommodating.

We appreciate the very warm and helpful attitude of the staff - from arrival, reception, service at the excellent breakfast and great lunch.

Heaven in Prague!
I'm sad I did not wake up in our beautiful grand suite at the Four Seasons. I don't think I can rate this place enough! From the moment the car door opened, it was just heaven! The staff is so knowledgeable they assisted me with every reservation, information regarding sightseeing and places to go. To the DELICIOUS! Amazing breakfast with the most kind staff, Our suite was on the top floor with lots of windows and large living area, dining, and our master bedroom with spacious walk-in closet and ensuite was just perfection!! If I could give 1000 stars I would!!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PRAGUE! And a short walk to the luxury shops was the icing on the cake!

The staff is incredible - the valets greeted us with enthusiasm every time, the concierge was very helpful, and the reception team is truly superb. The common spaces are beautiful and luxurious. We ate at the restaurant 2x for breakfast, and it was very good. The hotel location is perfect - across the street from Old Town, on the river, and a block from the Charles Bridge. The only negative is that the room was very dated. We upgraded to a 2-level spacious suite that had a terrace and side view of the Charles River. But we paid a lot ($1400+ USD per night) for 1990s interior with outdated fixtures, flooring and furniture. The hotel needs to renovate its rooms, or charge much less.
