This is a FANTASTIC LOCATION! I loved the outdoor deck and the space. The staff at the desk were great as well.

- • There are stairs everywhere, which is fine until you’re dragging your luggage around the hotel. We took an elevator to the third floor, but had to go down a level and then up a level by stairs once we got to the third floor. The architecture is bizarre! Make sure you can climb stairs comfortably if staying here. There was no ice machine because it was broken, but the staff brought us ice from their other location.
Great location and a nice, clean room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the robes were especially cozy. I would definitely recommend adding slippers as a nice extra touch.

- • First of all, we didn’t receive the digital key on time. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive the key until around 4:30 PM. The front desk employee was also unfriendly and not very helpful. I had to ask for all the information myself instead of being properly guided through the check-in process. Another disappointment was finding out that the pool, hot tub, and sauna are located at another hotel, about a 5-minute walk away, and are only open until 5:00 PM. If you’re staying for just one night and planning to relax in the hot tub after a trail or hike, this is not a great option. The same applies in winter—after a day of skiing, it would be wonderful to come back and enjoy a hot tub or sauna, but unfortunately, the hours make that impossible.
