My entire stay was great.
Location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping places and the gondola is just a few steps away.

- • The Inn is divided into 2 buildings and separated. The amenities are located only in one building, which means when you want to use the pool or exercise room, you have to go to the other building, which is maybe a hundred feet away or so. And also, you have to pay for parking.

Cosy room with everything you need
Great location in the center of Whistler village, the room was cozy and warm, with cutlery, crockery, microwave, coffee machine, stove, fridge, and everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, shower was lovely and warm, everything was clean and tidy. Parking was available for an extra $30.

- • People in the room above were walking up and down the room through the whole night and didn’t let us sleep (floor was squeaking).
Great location, but small & has quirks - great if you're on a budget but would not bring seniors or children here
Location was great, parking was safe. Bed was comfortable, the hotel was small and dainty. A little bit old/dated, but reflected the price we paid. Staff did their best to accommodate us.

- • The shower was just a corner with a curtain. We were given a squeegee to push overflowing water into the clogged drain (beside the toilet) which was very weird and not hygienic. Thank god we brought our own shower slippers! Staff apologized. Also, Booking.com said the pool/sauna was not open, but it was! We missed out as we did not bring our swimsuits. Furthermore, you need to beep your card key to get to the floor you are on - good security feature. But then realized that you can use the stairs without beeping anything and end up on the same floor...

Spacious Stay
The room was great with a loft-style bedroom providing more space for us. The fully stocked kitchen - the kitchen had everything we needed, from cutlery, plates, a kettle, pots, a fridge, and cooking utensils, along with entrances on the back and front to Whistler Village. The first staff we met during our check-in was very nice.

- • The ventilation requires improvement in the bathroom - there is only a vent and no fan, so the air does not move in the bathroom. The pan was scratched up, so a better pan would be helpful, along with a spatula for cooking breakfast items.

- • The swimming pool is in another building and you need to get outside the hotel; the stove top was not working properly (or we did not figure out how to make it work).
Perfect!
Beautiful property. We stayed in the loft room and the balcony views were breathtaking. Perfect location too. Would highly recommend.
