- • Very small bathroom, outdated facilities Very noisy street-side room (closed window) Lack of air conditioning: just a small fan placed on the table in a room under direct sunlight (27 inside) Reprimand from a service staff at breakfast because I was filling my water bottle! Very expensive for the service offered

- • Average breakfasts, disgusting powdered scrambled eggs. The same menu every day, and it’s not exactly exciting. Terrible management at the entrance to the breakfast room. Every day I waited at the desk until someone deigned to come and check me off the list. One employee to handle the breakfast room and all the paperwork is definitely not enough. I booked two identical rooms for the same price. One had air conditioning, and the other didn't. I guess something isn't working as it should? Another thing—one evening during check-in, I was given an invoice with my personal information on it. A very polite and friendly lady at the front desk told me it wasn’t a problem. She gave me a business card with hotel email address and told me to describe the situation, and I would receive a corrected invoice. I did so the next day and received a message from Lotte at the front desk saying that it wasn’t possible. She didn’t even try to look into the situation. I eventually received the corrected invoice, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Another issue is the hotel parking: sometimes the lower level is full, sometimes the upper level, and sometimes both. In short, the hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and you need to keep that in mind. It’s a shame there wasn’t a word about this online. I've been traveling for work for 13 years, and it's been a long time since I've stayed at such a lousy hotel. I'll overlook the floors that creak with every step.

The worst experience of my life. I will never come back, and I will never forget it. The service at this place is terrible, and you can't sleep because of the noise.

A pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu
Good location. Clean, functional. Large and spacious room with all amenities. Functional and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. An excellent hotel with good value for money

- • No A/C in the room. Only a fan - and an open window is not an option in the center The bed was actually OK, but when one turned, the other could clearly feel it. Poor parking conditions - the parking garage was full and the parking house on the opposite side, which was referred to, was much more expensive than the hotel's own parking
