- • The absence of a minibar/fridge and an electric kettle or coffee machine in the room is a major flaw in the service provided by the Hotel to guests.

Ideal hotel as a stopover
Friendly staff in the breakfast room. Distant staff at the reception, probably due to the apparently inexperienced staff. They had to constantly ask each other how the computer input was going. Note: everyone has to learn, but then do not place 2 inexperienced staff members at the reception without an experienced one.

Everyone has to learn, but then do not place two newcomers (?) alone at the reception without the presence of a senior staff member.
