The location and the friendliness of the staff on reception, and in the leisure centre, especially Rachelle who checked me in. She made me feel very welcome as it was my 1st ever time in Cardiff

I love everything about the place, the location is very good, the place is very neat, the space is big enough, good breakfast, very accommodating staffs. It’s a good value for money.
