All round excellent place to stay
Service from all staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and high quality. The room was large and comfortable with great wi-fi and milk in the fridge. The ground floor bar was a very pleasant place to have a drink. There is a fairly big gym and large outdoor pool.

Comfortable vibes all around!
Had a really good time here! Everyone was super friendly and warm, the service was smooth and the take-away was lightning quick, no waiting around. Will def come back 😎

Best service experience ever
The location of the hotel for my stay wasn't the best choice but the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. My room was upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable room at the 12th floor. In overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. The service was best experience ever for me. Every single employee was genuinely happy, curtiuous and ready to serve and please, 10 out of 10. For me it had nice size gym donated with sufficient exercise machines to my usual needs. It has several restaurants and great breakfast every morning. For evenings the lobby restaurant is perfect for light dinner with a live piano. This hotel deserves its number of stars and I highly recommend it. I couldn't comment on its value for money because my expenses were covered by my company.

AMAZING
Very nice food and warm welcome and service from all the staff. Especially Rizal. All the buffet for cny, SUPERB! The pork, AMAZING. Fish, fried rice and all are delicious.

Our event at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta in mid-February 2026 went very well. Thank God everything ran smoothly — from the preparation, meetings, and loading process to the event day itself. We were assisted by Ms. Intan from the sales team. She was very helpful and easy to reach 👍👍👍 The food was excellent, and the overall vibes were amazing. For our next event, we will definitely choose AYANA again. 5/5

Best Valentine dinner ever
We had the best valentine evening ever. Not just for the beautiful decorated private seating area and the sumptuous Valentine menu but esoecially the exceptional service and hospitality of Aswin and Devi. Such sincere warmth and excellent service. Highly recommended!
