Pearless hotel kolkata
Iconic place in Kolkata for stay. Yet one can notice cost-cutting in every aspect of the Hotel management like drinking water, toiletries, etc., which would anyway cost 100 or 200 rupees extra. The irony is they charge beyond premium and still leave customers to have a bitter aftertaste.

Nice stay in Kolkata
Room cleaning is very good. Staff is very supportive. Specially Kartik Dey and Prasta Vishwas from housekeeping.

- • The property is showing its age and needs refurbishment. There were water leaks on the sky bridge. The bathrooms need cleaning as they had a lot of limescale buildup.

Everything was perfect. Especially, manager Mr. Kumar was so nice to take care of some of the issues personally and resolved it quickly. Overall, I had a great experience.
