- • The upgrade from 4 to 5 stars, for me, only seemed to come forward in terms of price.
It was a nice hotel but I would not rate it as 5 stars overall. People are nice overall but many things were missing in the room and you had to constantly ask for the same. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The hotel is a little run down. I had expected much better for the price of around USD 600+ a night.

- • The beach service. Although the beach is public, it should have some included service, like all the hotels that are also on the beach.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach with a very nice sea view. The renovated rooms are very nicely decorated and everything was very clean. The restaurants were great and offered good food.

- • The location by the pool was very annoying. People were already putting towels on the sunbeds to "reserve" them as early as 8 o'clock in the morning. Such behavior is unacceptable. The pool boy just sat there and didn't pay attention to this. As a result, there often was no free space, and we had to go to the beach, which is chargeable.
