- • The fact that we were put in a separate building, no mirror in the hall, no info about extra parking costs.

- • This is a 5-star hotel that 'boasts' not having refrigerators in the rooms because they want to take care of everything for the guests, but overlooks that providing refreshments, coffee, tea, light meals, etc., would require a trained and functioning service. Neglected and only sporadically staffed during the day, the bar was deserted in the early evening hours. From then on, the service rested on the shoulders of the night porter, and the well-being of the guests depended on his/her intrinsic abilities in the preparation of coffee and serving of drinks. At least there would have been an espresso machine in the room, as can be found in decidedly less star-pampered establishments.
Charming modernised 'old style' hotel within the old town for an Austrian vibe.
Location is an easy walk to the old town.

- • My car was not accessible once parked. No lift access to my room; however, the staff were very helpful and prompt.
Super SCHLOSSBERG
Everything was great. The view from the 1-bedroom apartment was great, and the apartment itself was great. The hotel building is very atmospheric, with lots of impressive paintings. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
