All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Valet parking was phenomenal, front desk was knowledgeable and TAMO Bistro was delicious!

Boston Marathon Stay
Great hotel and staff. Good location would recommend. We were even upgraded to a larger room when we checked in. Brilliant for the Marathon, they had a bus that took us to bag drop on the morning of the race and laid on a pasta dinner the night before.

- • Anything related to the bill. They tried to charge us too much at first which was resolved when we checked in, however if we hadn't of challenged it we would have paid an extra 150$ for our stay. It was related to a new resort fee that the hotel had implemented regionally after us booking on Bookings.com. Then when we eventually checked out they forgot to add the 35$ tokens that we had been promised when booking and automatically charged my card too much. These still have not been refunded even after speaking to reception on check out who assured us it would be updated in the coming days. We are still waiting for a response unfortunately and the refund.
