Everything perfect. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Private parking inside the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, very well cleaned and maintained. Great location, a stone's throw from all points of interest. Rooftop pool with city views open until 11 pm, great for relaxing.

2 nights in fabulous Granada
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel suited me. Half-hour walk to the Alhambra and Sacromonte. Brilliant access to the old town and fabulous Arabic shops, restaurants, etc. Comfortable beds, and I liked the concept of the 5 senses, although not sure every floor pulled their sense off fully. Loved the rooftop pool which is one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. Fab sunsets from the rooftop.

- • The parking situation is a bit tricky. If the hotel is offering concierge service, that person should really just dedicate his role to one job, in your case the guy was both receptionist and concierge. At check out an additional person is needed at reception. I had to make a decision there and then regarding having breakfast on both mornings if I wanted to avail of the slightly discounted price. This was before seeing the choice. The buffet was good but not fantastic. Plus I had to leave early on the second morning and felt I didn't get full value. Also I didn't like the air spray that was used in my room. It felt very chemically and for me did not enhance my experience. A big downfall is not providing proper cups, saucers, and spoons in the room. Small paper cups, although practical for the staff, make it look cheap and I was disappointed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and looked a bit tired. The shower tray overflowed with water when I showered. If provisionally booked a massage in the wellness spa however after visiting I decided that it was not very appealing and chose to go to a hamman for a more authentic experience.

The location close to everything on foot. Top staff. Nice view from the rooftop terrace.

- • Too noisy, we were able to change rooms on the main street side for the side on the reception but no better, bar and truck that comes to pick up laundry after 11 pm. You can hear the neighbors, the shower, etc. Poor overall soundproofing. Pool not really🤭tiny depth 80. In short, 3 nights not great
