- • Mattress is acceptable but sagging, one pillow per person, staff very efficient but not friendly, air conditioning works but not very well. Not good value for money.
The overall picture is correct, a pleasant stay! Recommended.

Perfect place to stay in Bruges.
Amazing romantic boutique hotel. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, complete with a glass of champagne. The location was perfect (right across from the famous cafe on the corner of the canal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, with the most welcoming staff. Care and attention went into every detail… when you ask for a coffee you get more than just a coffee! And The Pand Cocktail we lovely! Great location!
