- • The staff was unpleasant to my companion when she asked if we could leave the suitcases. This added to the fact that we didn't have towels when we arrived and the air conditioning was on, making the room cold, and the remote control didn't work. We asked for towels and batteries for the remote control 3 times until they paid attention... The walls of the rooms are paper-thin and everything can be heard.

- • The only new part of the hotel is the lobby. The rooms need renovation. In mine, the toilet paper holder was broken, the curtain was loose, sockets didn't work. Quite disappointing. The elevator was broken for almost 24 hours. The breakfast is quite limited.
The air conditioning didn't work. Internet problems. Various electrical problems. No central light.

Excellent location. The check-in was very friendly and efficient. Cleaning was 10 points. The room was comfortable and had everything needed.

- • The window of our room (number 803) faced an internal courtyard type air and light. During the night, the noise coming from that courtyard, generated by some engine or generator or something similar, which turned on and off at intervals, was very annoying. For this reason, we did not have a good rest.

- • Not only for this hotel but in general for all, I suppose there are common rules. The check-in time is getting later and the check-out time later.
