- • We notified that we were going to arrive later due to our flight, so they had time to prepare the room. We arrived and there were no towels or toilet paper. After 8 am, they started banging on the walls next door because there was construction going on. We had to ask for a room change. Only one hotel staff member was considerate and treated us well
It is not a 4-star hotel. I won't return

- • The facilities. The bathrooms are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Only one elevator for 2 people and very small. The hallways are poorly maintained
