- • The beds, pillows, and blankets were uncomfortable. The mikveh was not clean, without towels and cold water, and they lied to me at reception that I would get a personal key for immersion

- • Because technically it was still winter, even though it was boiling hot - the central air conditioning only worked on heat. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no buffet due to lack of people. The price was excessive for such a bad experience

- • The room is okay, but there is no bottled water provided. I had to go to reception to get water, and the hotel is overpriced. Jerusalem Gate Hotel needs to improve breakfast by making it more accessible, inclusive, and clearly labeled
