The staff was very dedicated and the rooms were clean. The location is also good if you want to stay within the Medina.

- • Super boring and repetitive breakfast. The food in the restaurant was abysmal but very expensive. There is no TV in the room, rain leaked into the room and some utensils in the room were broken. The pool was not used for hygienic reasons. The hotel was almost empty throughout the entire trip. It would have been okay for a mid-range hotel, but definitely not recommended for this price range. Also strange that there are no 'negative' or neutral reviews for this hotel.

The location is perfect right in the middle of the medina, you don't notice the hustle and bustle of the city in the Riad. Delicious breakfast every day, the staff is super friendly. Room is cleaned neatly every day. Highly recommended!!

The staff is lovely and very helpful. The location south of the medina allows you to do everything on foot. The dining is excellent. The pool is heated to 28°C in mid-March, which is very pleasant.

- • Regarding dining: a bit expensive (more expensive than indicated on booking) and only set menus are offered - no option to just have one dish. Otherwise everything was perfect
