Hotel Windsor House Inn By GEH Suites

I stayed 32 years ago in that hotel and now looks about the same. It hasn’t been updated. The room had noises in the roof like animals waking. The staff said there were pigeons. The hotel needs to be remodeled

Comfortable, safe, complete, and very safe in the area where it is located. They offer taxi service if you require it, and if you do not have Colombian pesos, they can charge this service to your room to pay at the time of check out. Very attentive staff at all times

Not a luxury hotel. Mediocre breakfast. Very loud music from the lobby bar traveled up to rooms past bedtime hours

I am so disappointed with my stay. Since the first night we had situations. We were moved from rooms and still went through too many things. Both rooms were very dirty, Jacuzzi was very dirty, filled with mold in all keys. It wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it not once. No hot water and 3 days out of 6 we had no water at all. I had to bathe with a bucket of cold water after a day and a half of fighting for water and got two buckets. Then they said the water would be back at a certain time and when it came, my husband and I jumped in to shower, not knowing that as we were soaping, the water left again. I am very upset and would like a refund back. I had to clean and scrub on my vacation. I had to buy water and incurred expenses because of all this that weren’t part of the vacation. I requested a refund and all they kept telling me was that they have to contact Expedia to do so. I hope I get some kind of refund.

Comfortable and clean beds. Rooms are pretty spacious, however, it is a little outdated with light being deficient and ceilings low. Location is super safe and convenient

A very comfortable and well-equipped room for everything you need to do, the space and equipment allow you to stay in the room alone for rest or planning, with its 2 environments you do not feel the need to go out. The staff takes care of you in an incredible way and they gave a relaxing massage session that was unexpected and very well taken advantage of. The breakfast service had the basics and necessary, they could improve the quality of the food they offer and have more variety. In the end, eggs, bread, and coffee solve that or cereals with milk. There could be more. I would visit again if I had the opportunity

The Memorable Windsor

This hotel has great customer service. The rooms are spacious, especially the junior suites. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. However, the hotel needs to be renovated (very dated).
