A paradise to enjoy with my wife of 46 years of marriage
View of Lake Moreno, the golf course is wonderful as well as the clubhouse restaurant, very complete breakfast, the comfort of the lounges, the new Moreno wing.

- • The room in the Bustillo area is very warm, little variety of food for people with dietary restrictions, missed having an organic menu.
World-class hotel, in facilities and location.
The hotel's location is exceptional, as well as the infrastructure, breakfast, and part of the staff (Lucía from breakfast for example).

- • The food at the restaurants (lunch and dinner) is bad and excessively expensive. The check-in staff is also unprofessional, makes mistakes and does not take responsibility (Agustín for example, overcharged us and then did not take responsibility for the error which was later resolved by the hotel).
A happy stay
The staff. Everyone is very friendly. Attentive to needs, willing to quickly fulfill requests. We went for our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband asked the staff to arrange a bouquet of flowers, a gluten and lactose-free cake, and a dinner at an Argentine restaurant. The food was spectacular, the staff respectful and attentive, they even took photos of us. They are all brilliant and very warm people. I highlight the breakfast staff, Lucia always served us with a very sweet smile, Hugo from the pools a very cheerful and attentive person with the requests, and Maricel from the Argentine restaurant who seated us at a special table for our night, and her colleague (I don't remember her name) who even acted as a photographer so we could keep a beautiful memory of that day. It was a lovely stay. Would we come back? Of course!!! Thanks to everyone who made our stay a unique and special moment.

- • And ... I would change the mattress in room 365. It is spring and it looks like it has been in use for a long time. It is uncomfortable. The good thing is that with the excursions and the pools we were super relaxed so the discomfort was noticeable when lying down and getting up. Just that. Everything else was great as always
