Nice hotel but too expensive for what it offers
Nice hotel, however, very expensive for the quality. The same front desk employees mention the rooms as old and small, which surprised us

- • There are no nearby stores or minimarkets that allow buying any snacks. We were dependent on a very expensive bar with very little variety, soft drinks, or liquor
A majestic hotel with excellent facilities but unfortunately let down by poor service
Excellent facilities and a beautiful, majestic hotel. The property itself is impressive, with a great atmosphere and very good amenities. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and the physical experience was very enjoyable

- • Unfortunately, the service did not match the standard of the hotel. We raised several concerns during our stay, but they were not properly addressed or followed up on, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would have expected a much more attentive and responsive level of service.
A very special place to live very special moments!
