- • In-room dining was pathetic. Ordered a sandwich but the bread was stale. Quality of ketchup was low grade Veeba! Breakfast buffet, the Idlis were falling apart. The Sambar was not piping hot. The buffet service was low grade for a Taj hotel. Very disappointed.
Stay was calm and comfortable.

- • The hotel needs a very good revamp; it is not that new or renewed. Staff at the check-in was very unattentive. Not professional as a 5* hotel should be. The room was rather outdated and smelled of mold in the cupboard.
A very warm welcome at the Ambassador hotel, just like home...
For breakfast, only pains au chocolat and croissants were missing, and it's perfect ;). Otherwise, the breakfast was very rich, the team notes your habits from the second day, omelettes, fresh juice, tea, everything is there! I loved it, the staff is really attentive.

Well service
All food and service are excellent, especially the way they welcomed us. We felt so precious; it's really appreciable. We'll come back soon, especially thank you to Mr. Uma Shankar, Priti, Smarnika, Mahesh, and Prakash Ji, and all service persons and Chef Dev Singh as well. Thank you.
