Very nice, pleasant and clean hotel. Staff very attentive and welcoming (welcome gift for the children). Varied and delicious breakfast (savoury, sweet, pancakes...), with gluten-free products 😊👌🏻. The pool water is a bit cold. The children's playroom is very convenient. I recommend.

Comfortable hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool.
Great welcome and small attentions for my grandson's birthday much appreciated. Comfortable room and beautiful pool very enjoyable in this heat.

- • A small fridge in the room and additional sunbeds at the pool so there are enough for everyone would be a plus.
To do again without hesitation.
From the welcome to the quality of the rooms to all the other facilities available. Not to mention the pool. The proximity to Bruges. Stay to be repeated.

- • No Air con! 4* hotel it’s unacceptable. Water in swimming pool hot like a soup. All building looks old and poor. Clean but need some money to spend.

The atmosphere was great! The whole ground floor facilities were welcoming and so were the staff who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Car charging facilities onsite too 😍

- • No air conditioning in the room, so we slept with the window open, but very noisy environment due to a nearby highway. Also, the outdated bathroom is not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
