Decent stop off to visit Bruges
We had a small issue (broken faucet) in our room and the staff immediately offered us another with no hesitation. Good customer experience. The rooms were at a good standard and the hotel was well equipped for kids.

- • Location is a little awkward if you want to use public transport to get to Bruges but once you figure it out, it's not that bad. Also, it was a shame that the pool was out of service during our stay but stuff happens.
