Terrible... unforgettable
Terrible hotel, in the morning as soon as we woke up there was no water for over an hour, it was 9 in the morning. Asking at the reception that we needed it, we were asked to be patient. At check-out, no apologies or explanations, instead doubting that the water was still very little as shown in the photos. If I had chosen the Locanda del Gucciere, I would have had more assistance, too bad I had booked a 5-star (Stolen)
