- • Rooms are exceptionally noisy - there is NO soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear neighbors' alarm clock, bathroom noises, and cleaning staff from early morning.

Good location, close to the station, about 25 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. Pleasant hotel decor, very nice service. Tasty breakfast at a good price.

- • In the conditions, it must be specified that the tourist tax will be applied. The generic statement 'there may be additional costs' is not sufficient, in violation of the regulations that require transparency on this aspect. Therefore, either specify the amount (€5.80 per person in our case) or make it known that the additional costs are the tourist tax. When I pointed this out to the reception, instead of being receptive, the staff member replied somewhat arrogantly that I was wrong and they can do as they please. There is also doubt as to why for some rooms the price includes taxes and costs and for others 'there may be additional costs'.
