- • I have booked the family room but only supply 3 pillows. When I asked for more pillows, the reply was no more pillows in entire hotel. I can remember last visit. The WiFi was failure. When I asked to change another room as I got a very important meeting. The reply was the WiFi service was repairing and no more room left. Then the staff recommended me to hold the meeting in the public area. After that I requested to talk to manager. Then the staff said she can offer another room for us.
