Completing our check in at our room was smooth, and we appreciated not having to wait at reception. All the staff were very helpful. Transfers were completed with ease and no fuss. (In the future could you greet arriving visitors at the flight gate? This was part of the Raffles Hotel, Singapore procedure with transfer from the airport.) We had a wonderful stay Thank you.

- • Limited awareness of lactose intolerant visitors. Which are at least 5% of the general population. The Gand Hotel in Taipei does cater for us and has a selection of savoury and sweets made with lactose free dairy. E.g. Creme brulee

A very enjoyable stay in the Peninsula, Hong Kong.
This is a very well organised hotel with friendly, polite and competent staff. The location is very convenient near to the Star ferry at the bottom of Nathan Road. Felix is a great place for a night-cap before bed. The lobby is a special place to go for breakfast. I didn't get the chance try the lobby for lunch or tea but will try to find the time for that on my next visit. Gaddis had excellent food with very professional staff and had the nice touch of a live band over dinner.
