- • I don't like attic rooms. Mine was received as an 'upgrade' but I didn't feel that way. I wanted a high and elegant room, with windows.

The special treatment has always been there, thank you team
The best thing is still the staff. Starting from the door. Reception, concierge, and the treatment in general. The hall is beautiful. The rooms... I prefer the old Ritz. It's very good but it has changed. However, the beds, bathrooms, facilities, and delicious welcome cake, everything is perfect.
