- • They gave us the worst possible rooms and tried to upsell us when we asked for a better location. Service is sub par. Took 1.5 hours for room service to provide us with coffee mugs. Restaurants are overpriced and underwhelming.
The staff make your stay exceptional! Every staff member go above and beyond
The property is beautiful. Great amenities, the Basin is amazing and Lake Louise is beautiful m we had a room facing the lake.

The spot to be in Lake Louise
This is a big hotel that really has it figured out. Everything, check-in, food, spa, check-out, was seamless. Basin Glacial Waters is an awesome experience, one I'll never forget. The lake views are insane. Rooms on the smaller end, but to be expected. Would absolutely return.

Unique experience
This really is a stand out hotel (literally!). It is HUGE! Slightly weird Stalinist architecture in such a wondrous natural setting - inside it has the feel of an old Victorian hotel, all chandeliers and dark furnishings. It is also a bit like Piccadilly Circus in the public rooms as it is so large and the public use it (quite rightly, no other facilities at the actual Lake Louise). Our room was a haven of calm, we had a lake view - wonderful room with all mod cons and comfortable bed, nice seating and bathroom. Definitely worth staying here albeit the most expensive hotel on our itinerary! PS we were disappointed that the infinity pool overlooking the lake is part of the expensive Spa (£250 for a session) so not available to guests. The ‘free’ pool was nice but not special, as I would have expected.

The location with a view of the lake is very beautiful. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very pleasantly large. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

- • The indoor pool is outdated and did not appeal to us at all for swimming and relaxing. The new wellness area costs an additional entrance fee of CAD 275 per person for 3 hours.
The best‼️
View is the best. The staff's response is also excellent. Nothing to say.
