- • I would like to register our dissatisfaction with the check-in. We were placed in the last room of the hotel, with a side view and practically to the back, besides having to wait a long time to get into the room. The most unpleasant thing was to see other people who arrived after us getting their rooms before.
Stunning Location
Expensive. Tiny room, though with modern furniture and fittings. The view from the window does make up for it somewhat.

This is the perfect kick-off point to explore Lake Louise. The staff is incredible and the accommodations are five star. Highlight of my trip.

- • The room was too small and not cleaned enough. We saw a lot of dust and the view was not great. The staff were not welcoming or friendly.
Car park view for $3k (USD)
Completely overpriced for a very dated hotel! Views from the front of the hotel are great but I will not be visiting again. $3k for a family of 4 for a view of a car park!
