- • When it was the ovolo. The Service was 100% better. And they Conad a vegan restaurant downstairs. I expected more vegan Friendly options from the ovolo Rooms are dated/stained. Not The luxury it once was
Overall we enjoyed our stay however, given the cost of the room, we thought the cleanliness was poor

Loved it. I’ll be back.
The staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is in a great spot. The room had a spectacular view over the city and was really clean. There are done great pubs and dining very close by. Would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in Sydney!
Wonderful place to stay with comfortable pillows and bed, well appointment bathrooms, and beautiful views of the pier and Sydney skyline. Thank you for the surprise upgrade to a loft room! We absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommend 🤗

Das Ovolo Hotel hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Bereits zum 4. Mal sind wir im Ovolo Hotel in Sydney. Und wir haben es wie immer geliebt. Dieses Mal hatten wir aber besonderes Glück und erhielten ein Upgrade in die Rockstar Suite. Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral und das Zentrum incl. Opera House leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer (Rockstar Suite und die Zimmer in der 4. Etage) sind sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend! Ganze 8 Tage haben wir am Ende unseres 3 jährigen Australienaufenthalts im Ovolo Hotel verbracht und das Hotel, Sydney, die Restaurants, die Stimmung und das tolle Vivid Festival genossen. Vielen Dank an das Ovolo Team – wenn wir mal wieder in Sydney sein werden, kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder.

- • The room was old and tired. Carpet was scrappy and the fittings were old and the room was in need of refurbishment. Not what I expected for the price.

- • It's a little tired. The room booked had a musty smell, carpet stain, stairs creaked. The staff were very accommodating and provided an upgrade without any fuss at all. Which we greatly appreciated. The second room was lovely, clean and much bigger providing room for luggage and quiet on the city side
