Outstanding hotel all round
The Plettenberg deserves a perfect score. From management across the board including all staff members, service is exceptional. Entire property is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Food of a very high standard, both delicious and well presented. Outstanding service from the travel desk who arranged our airport shuttle with a very professional company.

A brilliant hotel
This is an outstanding hotel in a wonderful setting in Plettenberg Bay. Staff and service were excellent and the food was exceptional. Our only criticism was the lack of ramps for disabled persons and this caused us great embarrassment when we invited mobility impaired guests for lunch.

wonderful Hotel and excellent breakfast, very friendly team
during our 5th stay at the Plettenberg we really enjoyed this lovely Hotel just above the wonderful beach of Plettenberg Bay

We woke up to a stunning sunrise over the Indian Ocean, and dolphins playing in the surf below the cliffs where the hotel is located. Incredibly memorable.

- • Far too few sun loungers at the pools, not managed, many are unoccupied for hours, but reserved. Here, especially in good weather, a pool manager is urgently needed!
