Unmatched attention. We were greeted by Paulo and made to feel welcome at the hotel from the very first moment. The location is unique, wonderful rooms, and impeccable GastroBar and pool. We will definitely return.

The exteriors are very well maintained and the gardens are magnificent. The building is incredibly beautiful with a rich history. The interiors are refined and very clean.

- • During the couples massage, it could have been more focused on the extremities (hands and face). The indoor pool is located on the same level as the spa, which means we were not in a quiet environment during the treatment. Children were swimming and jumping in the water, so the relaxing moment was not in the expected silence during these treatments.

The perfect stay with exceptional hospitality!
Everything was wonderful! The hotel and gardens are beautiful, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were traveling with our infant son, and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. We felt very well looked after and had a perfect stay!
