Beautiful resort but make sure you request a room on the river side.
It was nestled right near the town center along a beautiful river. It was clean and relaxing throughout the resort.

- • Our room faced the train tracks and there was no air conditioning. We had to open the windows for air movement but the trains that ran all night were very loud. They brought us a portable air conditioning unit which helped but for the price, it was difficult to sleep with trains running all night.
A good hotel for vacation
1. The sofa in the lobby is comfortable with a beautiful mountain view, and free coffee and tea are provided in the afternoon. There are apples at the counter. 2. The room and bathroom facilities are clean and comfortable, and NORTH bottled mineral water is provided. 3. The staff is very enthusiastic. 4. The parking lot is large. 5. Great location, within walking distance to the visitor center, shops, and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and very enjoyable stay.
We had an incredible stay at the Post Hotel and Spa. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Our room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay - including L'Occitane toiletries. We especially liked the tea and coffee served in the lobby of the hotel in the afternoon. We enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, and whirlpool. Beautiful setting. The inclusive shuttle bus to Lake Louise was excellent. We enjoyed our dinners at the Outpost restaurant. Surpassed our high expectations. Would highly recommend!

Loved it so much we stayed an additional night. The staff couldn't do more and I loved the library after a day's walking!

- • Wish there was a fridge in the room so you can keep sandwiches/lunches in the room. We were doing 6 am starts on our backcountry trips so nothing is open at that hour. We were getting food the day before and keeping it outside overnight since it was fairly cool overnight
