- • Pillows were not comfortable and the bath tap didn’t work, also would have liked a bottle of water for the room on arrival and couple of biscuits with the tea/coffee tray would have been nice.

- • Prefer room service on a hard copy in the room, rather than a qr code. We tried repeatedly and it would not work. We ended up irritated with the waste of time and called reception with our order, who dealt with it immediately.
